Luke Swenson, DPT
Luke is a physical therapist with experience treating adults across the lifespan, from competitive athletes to older adults seeking to improve mobility and function. As a former collegiate baseball player, he understands the dedication required to perform at a high level and brings that perspective into his individualized, patient-centered approach to care. His clinical expertise includes progressive strengthening, post-operative rehabilitation, injury recovery, and return-to-sport programming.
During the 2022 season, Luke interned with the Los Angeles Dodgers, gaining valuable experience working alongside high-level athletes and sports medicine professionals. This opportunity further strengthened his knowledge of sports performance, injury rehabilitation, return-to-throwing programs, and sport-specific recovery.
Luke is also Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 1 Certified, providing specialized expertise in evaluating and treating golfers of all skill levels. He is passionate about helping each patient regain confidence, improve function, and achieve their goals through evidence-based, individualized physical therapy.
Celeste Swenson, DPT
Celeste is a dedicated physical therapist with nearly a decade of experience working with pediatric patients across a variety of settings, including hospital-based outpatient clinics, schools, and aquatic therapy programs. She is passionate about helping children and families navigate developmental challenges and reach meaningful milestones through individualized, family-centered care. While pediatrics is her primary focus, her experience in orthopedic settings has allowed her to develop a strong foundation in treating patients across the lifespan.
Celeste specializes in working with children from infancy through young adulthood, including those with developmental delays, neurological conditions, genetic diagnoses, and complex medical needs. Her experience includes treating children with cerebral palsy, brachial plexus injuries, Trisomy 21, FOXG1 syndrome, cerebellar disorders, and other rare conditions. She is also experienced in assessing and recommending durable medical equipment to support mobility, positioning, alignment, and independence.
Celeste is committed to empowering families with the knowledge, confidence, and tools needed to support their child’s development at home and in the community. Her goal is to help every child build functional skills, maximize independence, and achieve their unique potential through compassionate, evidence-based care.
